You complete a questionnaire covering your academic qualifications (grades, test scores), preferred countries and programs, budget range, and career goals. Our algorithm compares your profile against admission criteria and outcomes data from 500+ universities to generate a personalised shortlist.

No. FindCourse provides information and recommendations to help you make better decisions, but admission decisions are made solely by universities. We do not guarantee admission to any institution.

We currently cover 30+ countries including Germany, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, New Zealand, and more. Our database includes 500+ universities across these destinations.

During the questionnaire, you specify your annual budget for tuition and living expenses. The AI only recommends programs within or close to your stated budget, and each match shows a cost breakdown.

Requirements vary by country and university, but typically include: academic transcripts, English proficiency scores (IELTS or TOEFL), a Statement of Purpose (SOP), letters of recommendation, a valid passport, and sometimes a portfolio or GRE/GMAT scores. Yes. After receiving your AI matches, you can request to connect with a verified education counsellor who specialises in your target country and program. Counsellor availability may vary.

Visa requirements differ by country. Visit our Visa Information page for country-specific guidance. As a rule, you should start your visa application immediately after receiving your university admission letter, as processing can take 4–12 weeks.

No. Under our Privacy Policy (aligned with the DPDPA 2023), we only share your data with universities or counsellors after obtaining your explicit consent. You are always in control of your data.

FindCourse is operated by SEAES, registered in India. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA). Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing info@findcourse.io.

You can raise a grievance by emailing grievance@findcourse.io. We acknowledge all grievances within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, as required under the IT Rules 2021.
